NJS Engineering has performed Civil Engineering & Survey services for the 4500 acre Frawley Ranch. NJS Engineering has worked with Wyss & Associates on development. Wyss Associates has done the land use planning, and NJS Engineering has performed Engineering Studies for the development. These  include: water distribution , traffic, sewer collection and lift station pumping, and drainage studies.  NJS Engineering has prepared construction drawings and specifications and perfumed construction administration.  NJS Engineering has done legal and topographic surveys for the development.

McGuigan Ranch

NJS Engineering has performed Civil Engineering and Survey services for the 300+ acre McGuigan Ranch Development.  NJS Engineering has worked with Wagonbox Development Co on the development.  NJS Engineering has done the land use planning, and has performed Engineering Studies for the development. These  include: water distribution , traffic, sewer collection. and drainage studies.  NJS Engineeing has performed Letters of Map Revisions on the FEMA floodplains.

Spearfish Elementary School Grades 3-5

NJS Engineering is part of multi-discipline design team to design the new 55,000 square foot Elementary school for grades 3-5. NJS Engineering is responsible for the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, drainage, detention ponds, grading, and FEMA compliance for the site. NJS Engineering along with Williams & Associates Architecture and the DLR Group did the site layout.

Reserve at Higgins Creek

NJS Engineering has performed Civil Engineering and Survey services for the 160 acre Reserve at Higgins Creek Development. NJS Engineering has worked with Ward Development LLC on the development. NJS Engineering  has done the land use planning, and has performed Engineering Studies for the development. These  include: water distribution , traffic, sewer collection. and lift station pumping, and drainage studies. NJS Engineeing has performed Letters of Map Revisions on the FEMA floodplains.

Hat Ranch

Sandstone Hills

NJS Engineering has performed Civil Engineering and Survey services for the 300 plus lot multi-zoned subdivision.  NJS Engineering has worked with Sandstone Hills Development Co. on the development.  NJS Engineering has done the land use planning, and has  has prepared construction drawings and specifications and perfumed construction administration for the project.

Black Hills National Forest Cadastral Surveys

Table Mountain FY07, FY06 Zone 1, FY07 West Rim: Areas 1-7,  FY08 Dome: Areas 1-5, FY08 Telegraph: Area 1-3. NJS Engineering performed Cadastral Survey on Black Hills National Forest projects.

Lawrence, Butte, & Pennington County Bridge/Culvert Inspections

NJS Engineering has conduction biannual bridge and culvert inspections for the Lawrence, Butte, and Pennington Counties. Lawrence County has 41 structures, Butte County has 94 structures, and Pennington County has 134 structures. NJS Engineering uses the National Highway Institutes’ criteria for inspecting the bridges and culvert. NJS Engineering has a Certified Bridge Inspector on staff to conduct the inspections.
